Full-Time Administrative Program Specialist – Library
Job Description
The Library at Oregon Tech seeks a dynamic individual to fill the open role of Administrative Program Specialist at the Wilsonville Campus. This position offers support for the unique nature of staffing and support across the campus at the Portland Metro site while still offering library or program specific tasks such as ILS and ILL processes. This position will also focus on supporting Oregon Tech’s Textbook Affordability Program by maintaining data collection and data analysis. This position will also maintain data collection and analysis for the Portland-Metro and Klamath Falls campus libraries. This person will be the lead for student employees in the library.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in Academic Libraries
• Experience in Access services, reference, or circulation
Additional Requirements:
- Some working knowledge of academic library functions
• Strong customer service skills
• Good communication
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to move objects weighing over 50 pounds
