Position Summary:
Trupanion is looking for a highly motivated individual interested in a full-time position on the Worksite Benefits Team. In this role, you will work closely with our worksite account managers, organizations, and internal teams to provide seamless support.
Candidates for this position have the option to work remotely from anywhere in the US, or out of our Seattle office, depending on their preference.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and properly labeling cases/inquiries in multiple queues
- Assign cases to be resolved by account managers
- Accurate data entry using Microsoft products (CRM, Excel, SharePoint and OneNote), Vertafore, Xactly, Brix, Zoura, and internal software programs
- Assist in data visualization through extraction and normalization
- Update worksite and client account information
- Audit broker appointments, invoicing, payment collection and commissions
- Provide and update detailed documentation on new and existing processes
- Maintain and disseminate department meeting notes
- Organize and tracking of team projects/initiatives and action items
- Exceptional customer service while answering/resolving phone calls
Requirements:
- 1+ years of strong working proficiency with Excel required
- 1+ years of demonstrated ability in Worksite Benefits preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Property & Casualty is a plus
- Organized, hard-working, and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly in a multi faceted fast paced environment
- Outstanding customer service, verbal and written interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritize work, and quickly shift priorities under changing circumstances
- Advanced proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications (CRM, Outlook, Excel, and OneNote)
- Strong preference for candidates with Tableau experience
