Ball State University has an excellent opportunity to work as an Administrative Coordinator in Indiana Communities Institute.
This position will provide administrative and organizational support for the Executive Director of the Indiana Communities Institute (ICI) and other professional staff members in the Institute. Incumbent will support the Director of Operations with education and training programs and special projects. Position will also manage the Institute’s website, design pieces for desktop and web publishing for ICI projects and programs. Supervision of students will also be part of this role.
Minimum qualifications: Associate’s degree or an additional two years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of an associate’s degree. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented. Ability to be organized with strong planning skills while prioritizing tasks and handling confidential information

Preferred qualifications: Office experience at an executive level; experience working with community leaders; supervisory experience. Familiarity with University Software systems, Argos, Cayuse, Banner, Sitecore. Event planning. Experience with grant-funded initiatives. Experience with data collection and reporting. Experience in website management and Professional Social Media.
