Job Description
- Serve as our primary staff assistant to the Director of Facilities Management and our Office Coordinator.
- Provide general office support and reception duties.
- Be our Fixed Asset Coordinator, HR Representative, Information Technology liaison, and Receptionist.
- Use your computer skills on a variety of applications including online databases (e.g., SAP, Beacon, & NeoGov) and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, & Excel).
- Use a variety of office equipment including printers, copiers, calculators, and shredders.
- Experience using a copier, fax machine, and multi-line phone.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, the Internet, and web-based databases (SAP & HR).
- Experience with SAP, including fixed asset management experience.
- Human Resources experience and training in SAP.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and multi-task.
- Customer service skills by phone and in person with diverse stakeholders.
- High school/GED diploma, and
- 1+ year of administrative experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
