Full-Time Administrative Assitant

Job Description

Premier Talent Partners is seeking multiple Administrative Assistants to join our clients within the Financial, Creative, Private Equity, Healthcare, Education, Gaming, and other industries in the SF Bay Area.

Responsibilities:

  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and prioritize information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
  • Scan documents and print files, when needed.
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.).
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service, etc.).
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
  • Assist in vendor relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with MS Office and data programs.
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
