ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support multiple senior leaders. This person will be responsible for calendar management, booking travel arrangements, and coordinating events for various departments. We foster a fast paced and collaborative team environment that is continuously evolving. The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, adaptable, driven, and will champion Current’s culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for executives and their teams.
- Provide assistance and administrative support across various departments.
- Book travel arrangements and reservations.
- Assist with employee expense reimbursements.
- Organize various meetings and office events (team building events, happy hours, etc.).
- Assist with administrative and special projects as assigned.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, and following through on issues in a timely manner.
- Maintaining the overall office presence in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Support and provide coverage for other administrative assistants, as needed.
ABOUT YOU:
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships both within and outside of the organization
- Organized and detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and excellence
- Strong judgement and discretion when it comes to sensitive/confidential information.
- Demonstrates ability to shift gears on projects comfortably and effectively
- Polished and professional demeanor, including a positive attitude, confidence and high level of self-motivation.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Experience working in a face paced environment
- Proficient in G-Suite
