The WSLCB Licensing and Regulation Division is announcing an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant 3 position in Olympia, WA. This position is one of three support staff that provide a wide range of administrative support to the Licensing and Regulation Division. This position will report directly to the Compliance and Adjudications Manager and primarily provide support to the Senior Policy & Education and Compliance & Adjudications Managers. Additionally, this position has delegated procurement authority, provides division wide support and serves as back-up to the other administrative support staff.
Duties
Some of the duties you will perform are:
- Provides administrative support to the Licensing and Regulation Division’s Senior Policy and Education Manager, Compliance and Adjudications Manager, and licensing division as needed.
- Coordinate and authorizes equipment maintenance and/or repairs.
- Assists AA4 with asset inventory.
- In coordination with other support staff, identifies and develops improved administrative methods.
- Compile data, analyze and build charts for PowerPoint presentations on behalf of the division managers.
- Assist other administrative support on various tasks as needed; serve as back-up.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High school graduation or equivalent AND three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in office/clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting or general administrative work.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Formal education will substitute year-for-year for experience.
