Ball State University has a unique opportunity to work as an Administrative Assistant to the Associate Dean and Academic Affairs Coordinator in the College of Health.
This position will coordinate academic affairs activities for the College of Health and serve as Administrative Assistant to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.

Minimum qualifications: Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in lieu of an associate’s degree. At least one year of related experience.
- Excellent communication skills; organization skills
- Ability to coordinate a large and diverse workload with attention to detail and deadlines
- Proficient in standard and specialized office and analytical computer applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, MS Access, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality

Preferred qualifications: Associate’s degree in administration or business. Excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals, and employ a customer service approach.
