Position Summary
Job duties include accounts payable (AP) functions, travel and entertainment expense management, and assist Finance team in monthly close and reconciliation process with regards to the AP cycle.
General Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining AP vendor profiles with accurate and timely payment processing
• Review invoices and process AP payments to include ACH, wire and checks
• Oversight of travel and credit card program via Expensify
• Monthly Expensify reporting
• Works with bank to be compliant in positive pay and ACH fraud filter
• Responsible for online federal 1099 distribution and filing in compliance with IRS regulations
• Assist with audit and 990
• Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement, automation and digitization
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Microsoft Office: Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook & Power Point
• Preferred experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge and Expensify
• Problem solver with a deep understanding of accounting best practices
• Dedicated to understanding new processes and technical procedures without guidance

This is a part-time, non-exempt position not to exceed 29 hours per week.
Pay range: $16-$18 per hour
