Accounts Payable Coordinator
NorthBridge Partners LLC is seeking to identify an Accounts Payable Coordinator, which role will be located at the main office in Wakefield, MA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive all invoices, sort, review, and process payments
- Ensure all invoices have appropriate documentation and all payments are processed in a timely manner in compliance with the company policies
- Reconcile vendors accounts and maintain tracking records for invoices payment status
- Maintain a list of contract vendors to ensure payments made in accordance with the contract
- Set up new vendors, including payment terms
- Handle all vendor inquiries and monitor and resolve all account payable issues
- Maintaining log of wire confirmations where applicable
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing vendors
- Prepare annual vendor 1099 filings
- Manage the integrity of information contained in the accounts payable database and files so that information is retrievable for departments, and intact for the annual audit
- Assist with ad hoc accounting work on property level
- Assist with the annual audit and tax workpaper preparation for various entities
QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum two years of Accounts Payable experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Yardi PayScan experience preferred
- Experience with 1099 filings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate tasks
- Experience in customer/vendor facing roles
- Capacity to investigate and resolve complex issues
