Job Description

YOUR TYPICAL DAY:
- Post transactional accounting information to appropriate general ledger accounts
- Prepare statements, invoices, and moderately complex reports
- Audit revenue against multiple sources
- Assist with data entry and research of financial insights
- Process cash receipts and/or disbursements
- Work with internal processing groups in various work streams for process efficiencies
- Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
- Interact with internal team members to resolve issues
- Assume tasks and responsibilities of other accounting/office staff as needed
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to assist with various accounting duties
YOU HAVE:
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping techniques and principles
- Strong math and data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to operate a Windows computer and supporting software packages
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor’s degree (MUST have graduated by 2020) in Business or equivalent professional experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Applied experience with basic accounting principles
- Experience with Google for Work (Sheets, Docs, Drive) is a plus
