Full-Time Account Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our client’s newest product to organizations of all sizes around the world. This position is being offered 100% remote to candidates within the US. Responsibilities:

  • Honor our client’s first core value: prioritize impact
  • Manage the full-cycle sales process for SMBs and mid-market companies, working primarily with inbound opportunities to lead initial sales calls, facilitate product demonstrations, craft proposals, and close deals
  • In partnership with the CEO, build out a playbook for selling our client’s newest proprietary product
  • Partner with customer success team to support account renewal and expansion
  • Share customer feedback with the product team, enabling our client to continually improve and deliver the most impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion training solution on the market

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience leading every part of the sales process, including demonstrating a product, leading a pitch, and closing (specifically with SMB sales)
  • Prior experience selling eLearning, training, HR, or similar products into HR/People/Talent/Learning & Development or similar stakeholders
  • Consultative sales approach, able to partner with prospective customers to help them identify a solution that advances their goals
  • Must be proactive and capable of building processes and playbooks where none exist
  • Fueled by hitting sales quotas and have experience selling at least $500k of new business annually
  • Clear, effective communicator who can put together thoughtfully written proposals that bring the value of a product to life
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment where you’re encouraged to navigate ambiguity, identify and solve challenges, and continually seek out opportunities to expand your impact
