Salary Range: $60,542 – $73,361
Essential Functions and Objectives:
Supervises day to day operations of Data and ECE Team. Supervises Enrollment Reps and monitors work flow. Is first escalation point for parent concerns beyond the Enrollment Representative, as needed.
– Supervises day to day operations of Data and ECE Team.
– Has 3-5 direct reports which will include directing, motivating, hiring, performance management, and terminations of direct reports.
– Ensures scheduling and staffing for daily operations.
– Serves a first point of escalation for parent concerns beyond the Enrollment Representative as needed.
– Communicates to school leaders in matters related to daily enrollment.
– Ensures all staff is trained and equipped to manage enrollment at all schools.
– Escalates issues to Manager as necessary but is expected to be able to make decisions in absence of Manager.
Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:
– Three (3) or more years of management experience in an office or call center environment is required.
– Advanced knowledge gained through experience in field.
– Conversational in Spanish is preferred.
Education Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
