Essential Functions and Objectives:
The HR Service Representative – HR Employee Services supports Employee Services, an internal HR Shared Services/Call Center, providing first tier operational and administrative support to employees and the public regarding DPS Human Resources.
Provides first tier information about Benefits, Staffing, Compensation, Training, Career Development, Performance Evaluations, Employee Self Service Systems, Guest Teachers, Employee/Labor Relations, Employee events, etc.
Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:
– Two (2) or more years customer service experience, HR onboarding experience, or experience as an HR technician/analyst/generalist.
– Previous experience working in a high volume recruitment or staffing environment or in an inbound Call Center strongly preferred.
– Experience with data entry and HRIS software (Infor) is strongly preferred.
– Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Outlook).
– Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Education Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent is required.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
