FTE: 0.813
Salary Range: $17.00 per hour
Essential Functions and Objectives:
Processors are responsible for the accuracy and timely processing of School Choice ECE4 applications. This position requires attention to detail and includes communication with families and schools via telephone calls or emails to obtain missing information and adequate documentation.
– Review all School Choice applications and supporting documentation to ensure completeness of applications.
– Accurate and timely data entry into Infinite Campus as well as School of Choice system.
– Check source documents against entered data to ensure accuracy.
– Perform uploading to appropriate files; save completed documents in designated locations.
– Assist team with data collection and data analysis.
– Performs other duties as assigned, including special projects.
Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and effective time management skills.
– Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced processing environment.
– Demonstrate high degree of integrity in handling confidential information.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
– Possess temperament to work under pressure and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and other district employees.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word and Outlook).
– Familiarity with Denver Public Schools preferred.
– Familiarity with Infinite Campus student database system preferred.
– Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Education Requirements:
– High School diploma or equivalent.
