Full-Time Retail Service Integration Analyst
Job Description
*Performs basic validation of data and functionality for Point of Sale (POS), back office systems, gift cards, Loyalty program, menu mix, etc.
*Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to validate system functionality and data requirements are met.
*Provides support for accounting and payroll processes to ensure accurate data flow.
*Collaborates with the Operations team in support of proper sales, payroll, and COGs reporting.
*Investigates and troubleshoots issues elevated by the IT Service Center.
*Supports the configuration and reporting of the help desk software and performs routine systems maintenance and updates.
*Performs routing systems maintenance and updates.
*Develops documentation, education, and communication on systems issues, updates, and enhancements.
*Develops user documentation to support successful implementation.

Integrations Data Management
*Evaluates data file format and layout for possible new integrations, changes to data structure, and data warehousing.
*Monitors current practices and provides input to improve on processes to increase efficiency and decrease work for stores, bakeries, and restaurants (SBR) operators and internal staff.
*Works with vendors to understand reporting tools and provides data request services.
*Create expectations reporting and automated alerts to help maintain consistent daily polling and retrieval of missing sales and product mix.
Bachelor’s Degree Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline Pref
Work Experience
4-7 years Experience in data analytics and reporting Pref
Retail experience (e.g., restaurants, etc.) Pref
Skills and Abilities
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in training and creation of training materials
Working knowledge of relational databases
Working knowledge of point of sale systems
Knowledge of finance, accounting, and payroll systems and processes
Working knowledge of the interdependencies between/across businesses to proactively identify risks/issues that could have an impact on business results
Ability to communicate complex, technical concepts in clear concise language; to convey clear, concise information in verbal, written, electronic, and other communication formats; and to demonstrate active listening while engaging others
