About the Role

The Webinar Production Manager will manage all aspects of vendor-sponsored educational webinars, including coordinating with vendors and the MGMA Business Development team, content teams, marketing, and other internal stakeholders. This position will maintain a robust schedule of up to 90 one-hour webinars per year, and will work within multiple systems, including but not limited to Adobe Connect, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoom, and the MGMA Learning Management System. Additionally, this position will support a number of virtual or hybrid conferences, and will support the effective management of product design and innovation to enhance the education of Medical Group Management Association’s (MGMA’s) members, customers and staff.

  • Manages the planning, oversight, evaluation and technical execution of webinars and other online events
  • Manages the speaker liaison process including speaker contract creation, distribution, and collection
  • Maintains program management database accuracy and integrity through data input, template maintenance and data audits
  • Manages recurring tasks such as sponsor lists and webinar end dates
  • Generates reports for product portfolio management including product release calendars, inventory reports, sales and satisfaction reports, and similar
  • Follows and updates timelines and processes
  • Executes live and on-demand webinar tasks such as loading the virtual room; assisting with live technical help; closing out the webinar in multiple platforms; and documenting information for speaker needs
  • Assists with pre-webinar tasks including database, learning management system (LMS), and evaluation data entry projects; webinar conferencing system set-ups; speaker contract support; webinar walkthrough coordination; and speaker and staff calendar invites
  • Monitors course registrations and changes and enters the LMS
  • Assists internal staff with trainings and recordings in Adobe Connect and Zoom
  • Collaborates with the Senior Manager, Online Event Production to test new technology and makes recommendations for its potential use
  • Makes recommendations for process and quality improvements on all products
  • Provides support for the Department including scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, capturing action plans, ordering supplies, processing invoices, and similar
  • Coordinates with Digital Marketing team for scheduling newly published content on social channels
  • Other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of the organization
The pay range established for this position begins at $47,720 per year and pay is commensurate with market, skills and experience.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree. Master’s Degree or relevant certification preferred
  • 4+ years in a corporate or educational setting with positions of demonstrable accountability
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, large-scale, long- and short-term projects with multiple stakeholders and technological systems
  • Ability to deliver effective in-person, virtual, and written communication
