Full-Time Systems Associate

Job Description

Net Impact is seeking an early career professional looking to use their technical aptitude and passion for problem solving to join our high-performing team as Associate, Systems. Reporting to the Associate Director, Systems, the Associate will partner with individuals and teams across the organization to execute aspects of database maintenance, system and platform administrative support, and more.

At this time, Net Impact can only consider applicants with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis. Unfortunately we cannot provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and resolve issue/bug tickets related to Salesforce.
  • Perform ongoing system administration including but not limited to
    • Maintaining user roles, security settings, profiles, monitoring data and backups
    • Gather, organize and prepare source documents for data entry into the appropriate system database
    • Enter data from source documents into the proper system database
  • Reviews data for discrepancies, missing pages or information and resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
  • Create and manage systems and procedures to ensure operational processes are continuously improved upon, including the maintenance of Salesforce (SFDC) database and build out processes for efficient relationship management and metrics tracking across Net Impact programs
  • Support and manage program administrative tasks, including but not limited to assisting with distribution of funds and prizes, supporting the collection and tracking of program deliverables and metrics
  • Assist staff in troubleshooting technology, systems support, and facilities issues
  • Follow data program security practices and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of  experience of database and CRM systems management required, Salesforce and Pardot experience preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn to navigate and operate job-specific software and web-based applications
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented, dynamic deadline-driven environment, as well as, being adaptable to change
  • Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to establish and meet goals and objectives
  • Enthusiasm for optimizing processes and team culture development

Hours: Full-time

Location: Currently remote due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our offices will remain closed until it is safe to resume regular operations, at which point the Associate, Systems will need to be present in Oakland, CA, USA. Net Impact continually assesses COVID risk and is currently remote through March 2021.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $54,000 – $56,000 annually, depending on experience. Competitive benefits package available, including medical, vision and dental insurance, flexible vacation and more.
