POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Business Intelligence ETL Developer to join our growing Business Intelligence team. This position is remote to be based in the United States. This full-time position will be responsible for harnessing our data to present data-driven recommendations. This is a fast-paced role, requiring flexibility working with a number of different business units while being exposed to a variety of technologies. This role will require you to have a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and deep understanding of data analysis tools and databases. This individual will report to our Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create data pipelines to transform raw input from multiple sources into clean datasets for use in analysis using Matillion
• Ensure data accuracy and set data integrity standards for the organization by establishing and implementing processes
• Lead change across the organization by improving directly owned processes and taking initiative to champion cross-functional opportunities
• Support multiple business units, by discovering opportunities and making recommendations based on findings
• Conduct ad-hoc projects, reports and analyses
• Achieve expert status in business and industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, degree in computer science, mathematics, finance, economics, or equivalent work experience required
• 3-5 years of experience working in business intelligence or data analytics working with various functions across an organization (revenue, operations, etc.) preferred
• Matillion experience preferred. Snowflake, Looker experience a plus.
• Strong programming and statistical analysis skills required (Python, SQL, R, etc.)
• Experience with various data pipeline and warehouse platforms and data base management preferred
• Excellent writing, presentation and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities related to multiple projects at once and work collaboratively across organizational lines
