The EHS & Security Manager role will be new to GoPro and the Workplace Services (WPS) team! The main job function is to develop, implement and continually improve an appropriate EHS strategy for GoPro. Additionally, this role will oversee our 3rd party physical security vendor.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and/or administer plans for workplace safety including but not limited to:
- Business Continuity
- Ergonomics
- Emergency Management & Response
- Electronic/Hazardous Waste
- Lab Safety
- Oversee our Physical Security processes (access control/badging, CCTV and 3rd party Security vendor. Developing key performance indicators regarding SLA performance, invoicing, incident reporting accuracy and other areas not defined.
- Monitors compliance with safety procedures and maintain effective records related to EHS and emergency response.
- Conducts or initiates site inspections in partnership with local workplace service teams.
- Collaborate and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupation Health, Safety or related fields, 5+ years of relevant experience
- Working professional knowledge of EHS best practices & related governmental regulations preferably on a global scale
- Team player – this role will have you working across organizations
- Ability to handle sensitive & confidential information effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
