Service Coordinator, Destination Kohler
Location: Kohler, WI

As a Service Coordinator you’ll be responsible for:
* Overseeing general restaurant operations and responsibilities of shift leaders, servers, bussers, host/hostesses, and bartenders
* Upholding Kohler Hospitality Standards while assisting Manager/Supervisor with Restaurant Tasks
* Evaluating staffing requirements and preparing work schedules weekly
* Preparing weekly forecasts and anticipate heavy business times and organize procedures to ensure proper service
* Being responsible for any large reservations, special requests, and special menus
* Ensuring all cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standards
* Training and integration of new associates in the dining outlet
This is a full time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary. We have opportunities available at Riverbend and Blackwolf Run.
Skills/Requirements
* Previous serving and bartending experience is required
* Previous supervisory experience within a fine dinning atmosphere is preferred
* Candidate must have the ability to complete Learn 2 Serve Certification and obtain a Bartending license within 30 days of employment
* Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and/or consistently up to 10 pounds to move objects
* Standing/Walking for extended periods of time
