Bright Pink is seeking a Constituent Relations Manager. This is a unique, newly created opportunity to grow Bright Pink’s ambassador, donor, and endurance programs. As part of our Marketing & Development Team, this role is responsible for partnerships and relationships to support our impact, visibility and financial resources. It is expected that the amount raised by Bright Pink will increase in future years as this new leader strengthens our organization’s overall visibility and fundraising capacity.
Key Responsibilities are as follows:
- Executes a comprehensive donor and partner engagement and stewardship plan and calendar to include relationship management and special events for all Bright Pink constituencies (including but not limited to BP Ambassadors and Team Bright Pink).
- Measures and reports on results of constituent engagement and stewardship programs.
- Serves as liaison to the members of the BP Ambassador program, Team Bright Pink, and other constituents through correspondence, including welcome packets, level-changes and other activation and gratitude correspondence.
- Reviews and updates donor lists in the constituent database and on the Foundation website.
- Plans and executes, in collaboration with BP leadership, special events and projects to recognize, cultivate and steward donors.
- Makes regular stewardship calls to constituents as part of the overall cultivation and stewardship plan. Coordinates the annual stewardship reporting of funds and other stewardship materials. Works in conjunction with development staff and the Manager of Communications to identify and develop content for news releases, social media posts and various printed materials regarding constituent group efforts.
- Prospects new endurance partners and peer-to-peer collaborations; presents prospecting in a timely manner and makes recommendations on next steps.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Successful experience with customer, partner, or donor relations.
- Demonstrated abilities in event coordination or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to offering bright and proactive stewardship to diverse audiences.
- Must be motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, honest, and collaborative.
- Passionate about Bright Pink’s mission.
- Detail oriented and timely with all communications, files and documentation.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Ability to effectively plan and carry out a project through to successful completion.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and prepare reports and correspondence.
- Results-driven to accomplish individual and team goals.
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
- Able to travel; work before and after normal business hours, including occasional weekends
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
