Full-Time Program Director
Job Description
The Program Director is responsible for the overall programmatic and administrative operations for both the Acute Treatment Services (ATS) and Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Inpatient Programs in our Weymouth, MA location.
This position provides supervision and support to designated program staff to ensure that the program is in compliance with the regulatory and accreditation standards. The Program Director must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.
Pay Range is: $50,000 – $80,000 depending on education, experience, licensure, etc.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field preferred, Bachelor’s degree and experience can be substituted.
- Recognized clinical license or certification preferred.
Experience working with DPH licensing requirements preferred.
- 3 years of management and/or supervisory experience in a substance abuse or mental health residential program preferred.
- 3 years of supervised counseling experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
- Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies.
