Full-Time Data Reporting Analyst – Partnerships & Ecosystem
Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships & Ecosystem, the Data and Reporting Analyst plays a key role in supporting industry sponsors by managing data, automating workflows, and developing metrics reporting. This position focuses on creating dashboards and delivering actionable insights to advance Industry Innovation initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, validate, and maintain datasets from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and integrity
Establish and maintain data quality control procedures
Validate data integrity and accuracy across all systems
Analyze data to generate qualitative and quantitative reports that inform business decisions
Create and maintain interactive dashboards using visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI)
Develop regular performance reports for internal teams and enterprise sponsors
Conduct trend analysis and identify patterns in partnership data
Enhance efficiency by streamlining and automating data collection and reporting processes
Work closely with internal teams and enterprise sponsors to understand data needs
Provide training to team members on data tools and reporting systems
Other related duties as assigned
KEY SUCCESS MEASURES
Achievement of Industry Innovation metrics and targets (i.e., renewal and sponsorship growth) as approved by Vector’s President & CEO and Board of Directors
Internal and external stakeholder feedback demonstrates that Vector’s Industry Innovation team provides high quality service, support, and impactful data/resources as required
Achievement of specific data management metrics:
Maintain data accuracy rates above 98%
Meet all scheduled reporting deadlines
Successfully implement and document automated workflows
PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Holds, at minimum, a university degree in data science, computer science, or information technology, or equivalent knowledge obtained through work experience
2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Gsheets, including developing and maintaining macros.
Proficient in data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau or Power BI
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and database management
Background in workflow automation and process optimization
Experience with Salesforce reporting, workflows and dashboards customization
Experience in project management and cross-team collaboration
Collaborative team player who thrives in entrepreneurial environments
Proficiency of Python programming language and familiarity with general programming concepts preferred
Proficiency with web automation tools (e.g., Zapier) preferred
Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts preferred
