Location 

 

In this position, you can expect to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days off site), Monday through Friday. The office location is Denver International Airport, 8500 Pena Blvd. Denver, CO 80249.

 

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates work orders as needed to ensure timely repair of assets. Coordinates with shop supervisors to prioritize work priorities
  • Functions as a liaison to communicate work order status, status, flow, utilization, completion. Ensures accuracy of asset lifecycle data by reviewing and providing updates to Maximo administrators. Provides data for asset replacement programs and section metrics
  • Support DEN personnel, vendors and contractors to facilitate third party maintenance, repairs, and completion of special functional related projects
  • Monitors all maintenance work orders awaiting parts (e.g. WMATL and ISWM) and updates material status. Coordinate with section managers/supervisors and the stockroom regarding maintenance programs and parts requirements
  • Orders supplies, materials, and parts and monitors inventory as required.  Provides administrative assistance in functional area assigned
  • Partner with stakeholders when needed: Airline partners, concessionaires, TSA, DEN divisions, etc.
  • Reviews work orders upon completion, adherence to guidelines/standards and verifies data accuracy
  • Oversees maintenance workload priorities, identifies unfavorable workload trends as they occur and utilizes benchmarking to revise procedures that improve effectiveness and eliminate deficiencies
  • Provide feedback to leadership and technicians. Ensures contractor work is accurately captured in Maximo
  • Prepares presentations to communicate operational data such as KPI’s, benchmarking, trends, etc. for leadership. Performs other duties as assigned

 

 

About You

·       Ability to use data to drive decisions

·       Ability to analyze large data sets and create summary presentations for leadership

  • Ability to be successful in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite

·       Experience using PowerBi, Maximo, and Workday (helpful, not required)

 

Required Minimum Qualifications

·       Education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Fleet Management, or a related field

·       Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of operations and maintenance experience including project management and proficiency using a computerized maintenance management system used for planning and scheduling maintenance activities in industrial settings

·       Education/Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education for all classifications

·       A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements

Snow / Emergency Duties: Denver International Airport is a 24/7/365 team operation. If weather conditions warrant or an emergency crisis occurs, all DEN employees can be required to work extended hours and/or shifts.
