We are currently looking for Editors to review and edit mystery shop surveys and reports submitted online to ensure they meet our high quality standards before the results are released to our clients, in a deadline driven environment.
This role will also involve other administrative functions as a support to our project teams including contacting field staff (email or phone) and following up or providing feedback to field team.
We have part-time and casual positions available ranging from 10-15 hours per week, with some flexibility to take on more or less work as required. This is a work from home role, with training provided.
The suitable candidate will have the following skills and attributes: · Excellent command of the English language (spelling, punctuation, grammar) · Good / excellent computer skills · Quick learner with the ability to understand and follow instructions and take direction · Detail oriented with quality focus · Ability to multi task and prioritise · Can meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure · Excellent customer service skills · Confidentiality, reliability and common sense are also required.
