Full-Time Site Coordinator

This on-site position is responsible for ensuring that our Las Vegas facility is open and functioning optimally with volunteer-led programming. The site coordinator will oversee facility operations, maintain equipment, and facilitate events including relationships with partners and vendors. The ideal candidate will have the ability to network and build relationships, a talent for juggling numerous moving pieces, and a knowledge of the recovery community and landscape in Las Vegas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the operations of the Las Vegas facility ensuring it is presentable, functional, staffed and welcoming at all times, coordinating with maintenance professionals as needed
- Coordinate event logistics with volunteers, local partners, and staff
- Engage in supplementary activities such as helping facilitate social or fitness activities and engaging with donors
- Work on-site at our Las Vegas facility including evenings and weekends
- Complete other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Experience or willingness to learn basic maintenance for gym facilities and athletic equipment
- Ability to prioritize and pivot quickly
- Highly organized with excellent communication
- Reliable transportation to and from the gym facility
PREFERENCES
- Lived experience as a peer in recovery
- Desire to apply anti-racism and anti-oppression principles and practices
- Familiarity with one or more common Phoenix disciplines (arts, bicycling, climbing, group fitness, meditation, team sports, yoga, etc.)
- Experience with volunteer coordination
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- $49,000-$55,000 annually
- 403(b) retirement plan with 4% match

$49,000 – $55,000 USD
