Job Description
National Sales Trainer
This position is responsible for the onboarding and sales training of all new Rangers, Field Quality Rangers, and Area Managers.
Essential Duties:
- Teach and facilitate classroom training, including logistics and schedule planning
- Provide feedback on homework and in-class training exercises
- Update and modify training curriculum; regular visits to markets to define commonality, unique challenges/opportunities and maintain training relevance and focus.
- Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and consultation to sales trainees
- Ensure trainees complete the 10 week training program including orientation, sales training, and in the field training
- Other duties as assigned
Education/ Experience/Skills:
- 3-5 years direct field sales / management experience
- Distributor and retail experience, a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, a plus
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Office, PowerPoint, etc), CRM a plus.
- Experience in public speaking and giving presentations in adult learning environment
- Strong organizational skills
Percent of Travel: 10% – 25%
Working Conditions: Office, Home Office, Travel
Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Starting Salary Range: $65,000.00 – $79,500.00
