Full-Time Sr. Social Media Manager

Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.

We are looking for a Sr. Social Media Manager to join our fun and growing Platform team. This team is responsible for creating and managing innovative social media brand strategies and campaigns for our consumer brands clients. The Sr. Social Media Manager will manage social accounts and will have experience developing social strategies, building out content calendars, conceptualizing social creatives, and engaging with audiences on social media channels.

Your Impact:

  • Interface with clients and lead weekly client calls.
  • Develop relationships and workflow with clients.
  • Strategize high-level social media campaign ideas.
  • Ideate social media content buckets and creative.
  • Develop brand strategy
  • Facilitate team Community Management across all social media channels
  • Build out social/editorial calendars and helps define various campaign timelines
  • Develop strategic and personalized copywriting tone for each project
  • Post content to all social media channels
  • Provide client and internal teams with comprehensive reporting and analysis on each project
  • Work with Creative team on project-specific assets for the campaign

Your Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience working within the social media space preferably within an agency environment; Entertainment or Consumer Brands experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and succeed with minimal supervision
  • Team Management experience is a plus

Your Availability:

  • Must be available to work 9am-6pm PST/ EST; Flexible for weekend support as needed.

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$85,000 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
