Lead Technical Design Architect – 1 Day a Week On Site (Cardiff) – Up To £68,000

Yolk Recruitment is working in partnership with DHCW to find them the best tech talent in the UK! We are currently working with them to recruit a Lead Technical Design Architect with a focus on refining and evolving the architecture of NHS Wales.

The Role

You will be responsible for formulating long term strategies, using the latest technologies – factoring for uncertainty that will shape the architecture of NHS Wales.

You will assess and review the service design and architecture of DHCW and associated organisations
Manage internal and external staff focussing on development, testing and implementation of new architectures
Design of key middleware applications and information models
Created detailed, concise and clear documentation

Requirements

You will have strong architectural knowledge in complex environments, with large scale organisations.

Expertise developing architectural roadmaps, supporting infrastructure and then implementing such architectures
Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, especially third party IT suppliers
Ability to quickly identify and apply new technologies resulting in the best solutions for organisations
