Collection Technical Analyst (BAU) – 3 Months Contract (High probability of extension Until October 2024) – Hybrid (Cardiff Office)
The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large not for profit who are undergoing a large and very interesting digital transformation project.
They are looking for a Collections Technical Analyst to support the Business As Usual running of the current collections software Tallyman, as well as potentially supporting some of the transformation project work.
What the Collections Technical Analyst will be doing
You will be working closely with the Tallyman collections manager to support the BAU delivery of the system including developing interfaces, and data structures.
Support the Business as Usual running of the Tallyman system
Develop and support in and out interfaces of the system
Implement, maintain and support data structures that are robust and efficient
Create and maintain full documentation
Investigate and analyse data coming from the system
What the successful Technical Analyst will bring to the team
Strong SQL knowledge, especially with regards to SQL server
Unit, integration, and system testing knowledge
Knowledge of technical infrastructure
User support skills
