EHCP/SEND Administrator 

 

£22,880- 24,424 per annum 

37 hours per week 

The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day 

38 weeks per annum, paid for 43.13 weeks per annum 

Abingdon Campus 

Permanent

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, responsible person with excellent organisation, IT skills and an eye for detail to join us as SEND/EHCP Administrator. 

 

 The EHCP/SEND administrator manages the administration of statutory paperwork 

associated with students with EHCPs at the college. You will be responsible for liaising cross college and with external professionals to ensure compliance with the SEN Code of practice and to meet statutory deadlines. 

 

You will require flexibility, excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Office and familiarity with wider IT applications), the ability to handle confidential information, and to provide a high level of customer service at all times. You will be competent 

taking minutes in SEND meetings. 

 

This role can be based on the Abingdon or Witney site.
