Permanent – Full time

As a Supplier Manager, you will play a critical role in the management of recruitment agency relationships that form part of the MSP supply chain. You will work closely with the MSP team and internal brand teams to ensure that the supply chain is fit-for-purpose and that their performance is managed closely to deliver the highest quality standards.

 

Everyday you will:

  • Proactively manage the relationship and engagement with suppliers, embedding trust-based relationships and the right behaviors across organisations.
  • Host monthly/ quarterly performance meetings with the supply chain.
  • Request and collate market information that can be shared with Maxxima MSP clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Complete supplier rationalisation and negotiations as required to ensure that the correct suppliers are in place and drive cost saving efficiencies for Maxxima clients.
  • Onboard new suppliers to the supply chain, ensuring that due diligence checks are completed.
  • Collaborate with Maxxima implementation team for new business wins, to ensure that supply chain required is in place and provide updated on deliverables set

To thrive in this role ideally you must have;

    • Experience of supply chain management, being able to deliver key deliverables to deadlines.
    • Confident in communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven experience as a Supplier Manager or similar role in the healthcare or recruitment industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise tine effectively
