Job Description

Recruitment Manager  

£30,393 – £33,113 per annum 

37 hours per week 

The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day 

Abingdon Campus 

Permanent 

Start date TBC 

Abingdon and Witney College are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead on staff recruitment across the College – through providing a proactive service to managers, developing the employer brand, and working with the HR Management Team to deliver the People Strategy through a focused Operational Plan. 

This role will line manage the recruitment team, to ensure an efficient, inclusive, legally compliant, accurate and outstanding recruitment service to the College. A particular focus for this role will be on positioning the College as the Employer of Choice and to support with attracting a diverse pool of applicants to some hard to fill vacancies.  

The successful applicant will have experience of the full recruitment lifecycle, be effective in supporting the busy team and the ability to analyse data to make recommendations and improve processes.
