Our Group Delivery Services are looking for a customer and process driven Platform Manager, to manage a team of 2 working across several platforms. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to establish clear technical roadmaps, as well as monitoring capabilities to ensure they’re in line with SLA’s.

Every day you will…

• Act as the operational service owner for our Staffing & Sales Platforms, working closely with key stakeholders across the group to ensure operational performance against agreed SLA and KPIs, monitoring performance against agreed metrics.
• Support the infrastructure team to implement monitoring capabilities, and proactively ensure that your platforms are available in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Support the delivery of technical roadmaps & plans for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the staffing & sales platforms through improved stability, capacity management, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Work with internal customer stakeholders and other departments within the Technology & Transformation team to ensure that the platforms you manage have prioritised business requirements & clear technical roadmaps in place.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

• Experience of working with and preferably implementing Agile methodologies to manage delivery either for software product development or SaaS configuration.
• Demonstrated experience of product ownership/management.
• In depth understanding of Atlassian or comparable products – specifically JIRA & Confluence.
• Demonstrated understanding & usage of core ITSM processes.
