Full-Time Part-Time Weekday Residential Group Home Worker
Job Description
PART-TIME position providing supervision to adult residents in a group home setting. 24 Hours per week, maximum, Monday-Friday. No weekends.
No personal care, bathing, lifting or physical support of residents is required.
- Monday – Friday hours only, 3 days per week
- Shifts available
- 1st: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- 2nd: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
- 3rd: 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m
Pay rate is $17.00 hourly
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Basic cleaning and housekeeping; may assist residents with ADL’s
- May assist residents with preparation of meals or snacks to provide nutrition assistance
- Assist residents with ordinary, day-to-day living skills such as doing their dishes, laundering their clothing or cooking a meal in order to promote independent living skills
- Evening shift will provide ready-to-eat meals for residents
- Administer prescribed or over-the-counter medication to residents on schedule; professional training provided
- Interact with residents to observe and notice changes for overall health and well being of each residential patient

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
- Automobile or use of COTA/OSU bus line service
- Pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing are mandatory
