Job Description
We are seeking an innovative, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Junior School as a Before & After School Care Supervisor/Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position from September 2023 to June 2024.

The Position:
This position provides an opportunity to gain experience in the classroom, be mentored by outstanding faculty, participate in ongoing professional development, and oversee the running of the Junior School’s Before and After School Care program (“Gator Care”). The successful candidate will provide classroom support for students in JK – Grade 6, as well as supply coverage for faculty. As an experienced caregiver, you will also supervise and support students in the before and/or after-care program by organizing and leading developmentally appropriate and engaging activities.
