Full-Time Personal Assistant to CEO

The Role…

The purpose of the Personal Assistant to CEO role is to provide professional, pro-active and confidential support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a day-to-day basis. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders you will become a key member of the team.

What you need to deliver….

• Provide comprehensive, confidential, and professional support to the CEO.

• Manage the CEO’s schedule to include complex diary management, inbox management and travel arrangements.

• Attend and minute Board and the Executive Team meetings as required, track actions and prepare agendas and packs in advance.

• Ensure CEO is briefed and prepared for all meetings.

• Prepare presentations or briefings as required

• Organise key business events for the CEO and the Board.

• Confident communication skills when liaising with Shareholders and external stakeholders

• Customer focused and passionate about playing a part in delivering an excellent experience for our colleagues and customers.

• Other ad hoc support/administrative requirements

What you need to succeed…

• Self-starter with excellent time management and organisation skills, and able to use own initiative.

• Able to prioritise workload to meet ever changing needs, multi-tasking as required while balancing impact, importance and stakeholders.

• Superb written and numerical skills and able to work independently and with complete confidentiality.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools and digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

• Proven experience working in a confidential environment and exercising discretion when interfacing with the business.

• Strong attention to detail and process orientated to complete all tasks to a high standard.
