Location: No 1 Mann Island, Liverpool

Salary: £44,246 – £48,172

Bus Priority along major routes throughout the region is part of our Corporate Plan, a cornerstone of our delivery commitments through CRSTS (City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement) and an integral part of our Bus Service Improvement Plan.

The Bus Priority Team are the team tasked to deliver on our commitments as part of the Green Bus Routes Programme. The Green Bus Routes programme seeks to improve connectivity between communities in the Liverpool City Region whilst improving the end to end journey for passengers on key commuting corridors to improve user experience and encourage increased patronage with a distinct modal shift.

The role of Bus Priority Technical Lead Officer is to provide technical subject matter expertise and support on bus priority and bus corridor improvements.  You will have had experience of delivering large capital work programmes and that experience will help you move this essential programme of works through from design to delivery.  The role involves engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders all working towards the aim of improving the lives of the people the Liverpool City Region.
