We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Financial Crimes Compliance to join our Pershing team. This role is located in Lake Mary FL or Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • With direct guidance, contributes to the Financial Crimes Compliance efforts of the assigned business units.
  • Helps with assessment activities to ensure the business units are in compliance with standard regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Contributes to projects and program tasks intended to improve compliance and enhance the control environment.
  • Supports the review and maintenance of Policies and Procedures and related manuals
  • Provides key input to the development of training material and related collateral
  • Works with internal business and risk partners to provide policy and other advisory support as it related to AML/Financial Crimes Compliance.
  • Works with Compliance Testing and Internal Audit teams to provide documentation and responses for active engagements.
  • Interact with clients to discuss AML Program expectations and ad hoc topics
  • Escalates issues to more experienced professionals.
  • No direct reports. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor‘s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Business or Finance degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Financial Services, Audit or Compliance background and/or experience with financial services compliance and/or experience with the assigned products, services or business lines/areas and the pertaining laws, regulations and rules of relevant regulators preferred.
