Reports to: Head of Communications and Engagement
Location: London
Salary: £41,000 – £44,000
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours), also open to 4 days per week
Contract: Permanent
Purpose of the role:
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and delivering all digital elements of Breaking Barriers’ communication and engagement strategy. This includes responsibility for Breaking Barriers’ website, email marketing, paid social, digital marketing campaign delivery, and reporting and analytics. In addition, working closely with the Head of Communications and Engagement, the role holder will play an integral role in the delivery of key new strategies in the organisation such as public fundraising.
The role will enjoy working with all teams in the organisation from programme delivery to philanthropy and partnerships, data and innovation, and strategy and impact. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and creative manager, able to drive projects forward and bring people together to meet our ambitious communications objectives.
A new role within a growing communications and engagement team, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to set up digital best practise and play an instrumental part in the development of Breaking Barriers’ digital engagement.
