Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Two to four years of college education or business school training are highly desirable;
  • Three to five years of responsible and advanced administrative support experience including the full range of Court and office support functions;
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.

 

Examples of Duties

Success in this position requires:

 

  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment and follow, understand, and apply prescribed procedures, policies, laws, and regulations to the legal processing activities of the Court systems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and peers, as well as the general public served by the department.
  • Time management skills and attention to detail to establish priorities and ensure clients and contractors are efficiently and effectively served.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient technological skills in computer programs and applications.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Salary Grade: Local 11.507 $22.82 – $29.18- per hour
