Job Description

Type – FT 2 year fixed term contract

Salary: £47,631 – £50,531 (SCP 41-43)

Role overview:

To support the housing on delivering a variety of grant funded programmes and other initiatives to deliver new build housing and housing energy efficiency improvements.

Key role and responsibilities:

  • To provide high quality Programme/Project Management to ensure project objectives are met, the project is completed on time and within budget.

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Project and/or Programme experience, preferably supported by relevant qualifications
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and capable of delivering to short timescales
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly sharing programmes
  • Good interpersonal skills, written and oral communications
  • It is desirable to have some knowledge or experience in the housing sector
  • A commitment to the LCR and an understanding of its stakeholders
  • An ability to demonstrate our core values, including a commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
  • Experience of contributing to a high-performance culture
