Full-Time Senior Technician, Client Service
Job Description
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Sr Technician, Client Services to join our Issuer Services, Ginnie Mae Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL- Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Perform Customer Transactions
- Direct Contact Client, Customers, and Investors
- Independently assist clients by responding to phone, email, and other inquiries regarding supported services
- Meet all Service Level Agreements for daily deliverables
- To successfully ensure all tasks and assigned projects deliverables are met
We’re seeking the following:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred 0 to 1 year’s work experience in Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Provide quality Customer Service for all incoming and outgoing calls/inquiries
- Update ServiceNow cases with accurate and current information
- Provide support to clients with routine transaction or processes on daily basis.
- Responsible for reviewing daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure
- Collaborate with teammate on issues that cannot be addressed a point of contact
- Responsible for the quality and completion of own work
