Full-Time Senior Technician, Client Service

Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of  Sr Technician, Client Services to join our Issuer Services, Ginnie Mae Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL- Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Perform Customer Transactions
  • Direct Contact Client, Customers, and Investors
  • Independently assist clients by responding to phone, email, and other inquiries regarding supported services
  • Meet all Service Level Agreements for daily deliverables
  • To successfully ensure all tasks and assigned projects deliverables are met

We’re seeking the following:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred 0 to 1 year’s work experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Provide quality Customer Service for all incoming and outgoing calls/inquiries
  • Update ServiceNow cases with accurate and current information
  • Provide support to clients with routine transaction or processes on daily basis.
  • Responsible for reviewing daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure
  • Collaborate with teammate on issues that cannot be addressed a point of contact
  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own work
