Full-Time Procurement Analyst
Job Description
Summary
This position will maintain and administer core procurement business applications and serve as the primary liaison across all functional groups for user support. This position must provide exceptional guidance in the areas of application support, process governance and improvement, data analysis and retrieval, report generation and general application activities. Additionally, this role will provide advanced analytical support for the global procurement organization.
Essential Functions
• Administer and maintain procurement business applications (Sourcing, P2P, Contract Management and Spend Analytics) to include:
o Coupa administration and configuration
o Creating and building reports and queries
o Maintaining and updating master data not maintained by integrations
o Contract and catalog maintenance
o User administration including assignment of roles and user access levels.
o Coordinate with the IT and operating units to provide application support, identify training needs, and make recommendations for functionality and business process improvements.
o Be a resource to assist the user community in the development of ad-hoc reports or queries using various tools. This will require the ability to understand data structures and analyze data retrievals.
o Assist with user training and orientation for generic system functions and issues.
o Work with IT and software vendors to coordinate release upgrades, special projects, and conversions. Lead maintenance and major release upgrades.
o Conversion and special project work as assigned.
• Provides analysis support procurement operations and strategic initiatives to include:
o Provide data in support of sourcing events and initiatives
o Understanding data sources and proactively seeking ways to improve data accuracy and integrity
o Maintain Metrics
o Creating and customizing reports in a variety of ERP systems and business applications
o Developing technical efficiency with spend analysis and visibility tools
o Support process improvement across functions in the procure to pay space
Minimum Requirements
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred and MBA is desired.
Minimum of 3-5 years of procurement, supply chain, finance or IT experience required
Knowledge of Coupa source to order and CLM admin function
