Acquisition Campaigns Specialist

Join our Individual Giving team as an Acquisition Campaigns Specialist!  You will plan, deliver and maximise results on digital marketing campaigns to meet our fundraising targets and organisational objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels. This will involve you setting up and delivering campaigns on time, within budget and ensuring that they are integrated and on brand. You will be required to work collaboratively with various teams and departments across ActionAid on integrated appeals, to ensure that acquisition activity is effectively aligned with key external moments.

A key part of this role will be to monitor and report on campaign results, using a range of metrics and KPIs. You will report your findings in various ways, including review presentations to key stakeholders and tracking results in Microsoft Excel.

You will be responsible for managing and running emergency fundraising campaigns across a range of digital channels, as needed. This will include providing out of hours cover when necessary.

It is essential that all applicants have experience of working within a direct marketing or fundraising context. If you have this skill set, along with a passion to work with an organisation committed to changing the lives of women and girls living in poverty for good, then we look forward to receiving your application.

HYBRID WORKING: We are based in London and have offices in Farringdon and Somerset. We are currently piloting a hybrid working model and you can agree the days you work at home with your manager, however, you are expected to attend team meetings and other events in-person as requested. Please do bear in mind the rules around hybrid working may change in 2023 when the pilot ends.

ActionAid is committed to supporting flexible working. If you would like to discuss flexible working options, including the possibility of a job share for this role, there will be space to do so during the interview process.

We are committed to continually improving the diversity of our workforce and therefore encourage applications from people of colour, the LGBTQI+ community – including the trans community, and those with a disability.
