Full-Time Sales/Customer Service/Marketing
Job Description
- Not an entry level position; previous sales and customer service experience required.
- Comfortable working on computers with knowledge of common office programs such as Word and Excel. Familiarity with Google Drive helpful.
- Familiarity with Clickup (project management), Magento (ecommerce), and Gorgias (customer service) platforms is a plus but not required.
- Friendly and positive attitude while providing exceptional customer service.
- Presents a professional image to clients and acts with integrity as a representative of the company.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
- This position requires the candidate to be physically present in our offices while working. Primary job location is onsite at our Fort Worth office/warehouse. Limited travel and offsite work, primarily for trade shows at our Dallas showroom and out of state.
- We do not have a customer-facing store; all sales are either to wholesale clients or retail through online sites. Customer interaction is primarily through email, phone, and customer service software.
