Full-Time Facilities Coordinator
Job Description
Salary: We offer excellent benefits, with the salary for this position ranging from $69,147 – $79,033 depending on qualifications.
This position provides project management and construction administration services for capital facilities improvements to include coordinating and interfacing with internal staff, authorities of jurisdiction, architectural / engineering firms, contractors, and others.
Specific duties include:
- Project development, management and administration
- Managing the HVAC/Roofing CIP program
- Managing and updating the ADA Transition Plan for all facilities
- Managing and maintaining as-build records file drawings, plans and specifications
Required minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related degree
- At least four (4) years of experience in construction management, administration or planning
- Professional certification from International Facility Management Association (IFMA), or other construction/facility organizations are preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
