Full-Time Staff Accountant
Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
CONCERT ACCOUNTING ESSENTIALS:
Preparation and recording of weekly, monthly, quarterly journal entries
Event accounting – assist with preparation of event P&L’s, show reconciliation and eventual total ownership
Preparation of various monthly management reports
Assisting in analyzing and reconciling Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts
Various tax filings (sales, gross receipts, CA entertainment etc)
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS & CONTROLS
Assist and maintain monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Month end close, accrual entries and SOX required reporting
Assist with internal and external audit schedules
Assist with preparing fixed asset forms
Assist with special projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Accounting degree required or Finance or Economics degree with demonstrable accounting credits or equivalent experience
1-2 years comparable work experience
Oracle experience a plus
Self-motivated individual who possesses a “roll up the sleeves attitude” and a “hands-on” style, as well as the aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, results- oriented environment.

Possess superb verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and have outstanding persuasion and presentation skills; be an articulate communicator and good listener.
