Full-Time Logistics Director
Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, responsible leader who is customer-focused to head up logistics and supply chain activities worldwide. The Logistics Director will provide leadership to ensure the logistics, warehousing, and procurement operations are meeting customer requirements and quality, delivery, and cost objectives. The Logistics Director will be responsible for maximizing productivity capacities to achieve business commitments while exceeding customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Strategic logistics planning worldwide
- Manage 3rd party integrator and hold accountable
- Collaborate with Sales to understand monthly appliance procurement requirements worldwide
- Strategize to address appliance shortfalls and plan for surges
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to address requirements
- Monthly executive KPI reporting
- Manage the logistics team
Requirements
- Expertise in logistics worldwide
- Experience with international and national 3rd party integrators
- Experience in domestic and international shipping details (Carnets, ECCN, VAT, tariff code, custom duties, and fees)
- Management experience
- Experience in Salesforce
- Customer-first attitude
Compensation
- Base Salary: $160,000
- Base + Benefits + Equity = $260,000
- Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match)
- Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program. This will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter.
